This one-hour workshop will help you find what you really need through a beauty talk on over-care or minimal-care, an experience of the meditative effect of fragrance, breathing techniques to create calmness in your mind, and journaling to reduce. We will offer a mindful time to face yourself in the quiet Seto Inland Sea and in the gentle light of the LOG.<\/p>\n
