It has come to our attention that some guests who booked their stays through the online reservation sites such as "Booking.com" have received suspicious messages via email or messaging applications including "WhatsApp." These suspicious messages contain unauthorized URL links that, under the guise of booking confirmation, may direct users to malicious phishing websites where they are prompted to enter credit card information or other sensitive details.

In accordance with the enforcement of the Hiroshima Prefectural Accommodation Tax Ordinance, beginning with stays on or after April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night will be charged separately for accommodation fees of 6,000 yen (room only, excluding tax) or more.We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.
